About CreditDrive Pro
Meet Mike: Your Credit Insider
I've spent 30 years in the car business, starting in 1997 when subprime lending was the wild west. For my first 10 years, I specialized in something most dealers avoided - helping people with damaged credit get approved for car loans.
I'm talking about really challenged credit - scores in the 400s, fresh bankruptcies, repossessions, you name it. While others saw problems, I saw people who needed transportation and a second chance. I became the guy who could get the "impossible" deals done.
Learning the Hard Way
Nobody taught me about credit growing up. I learned everything through thousands of real deals, watching what worked and what didn't. That real-world education became my mission - to teach others what I had to learn the hard way.
Beyond the Numbers
I didn't just get people approved - I taught them how to rebuild. Using tools like credit simulators (which inspired this site), I showed customers exactly how their decisions would impact their scores. Many came back years later with prime credit.
My Journey Through the Industry
Why CreditDrive Pro Exists
After helping thousands of customers one-on-one, I realized the same questions kept coming up. The same misconceptions. The same preventable mistakes. People needed real information from someone who's actually been in the trenches, not generic advice from credit card blogs.
This site shares what I call "Dealership Intelligence" - the insider knowledge of how credit really works when you're trying to buy a car. Not theory, but practical insights from 30 years of real deals.
What You'll Learn Here:
- ✓How dealers really evaluate your credit (hint: it's not just the score)
- ✓The "20% Rule" and other credit secrets the bureaus don't advertise
- ✓Why some 650 scores get denied while some 550s get approved
- ✓How to time your car purchase for the best financing options
- ✓What to do TODAY to improve your approval odds tomorrow
"I've seen it all - the good, the bad, and the truly challenging. Now I'm here to share what actually works, not what sounds good in a textbook."
